trailing region (that gave the M1 flare) now quieter.

2008/03/2812:0013:48  10989CME  From S edge of AR. But negligible X-ray flux.
2008/03/2812:00+     NE Not to be outdone, a small region (large BP really)
rises at ~N10E40.
