trailing region (that gave the M1 flare) now quieter.

2008/03/28 12:00 13:48 10989 CME From S edge of AR. But negligible X-ray flux.
2008/03/28 12:00 + NE Not to be outdone, a small region (large BP really)
rises at ~N10E40.
