new region will be at ~N10.
2006/02/0215:24+     E Prominence above limb at ~S10 begins
to rise.
2006/02/0218:4823:36     NW Another prominence at ~N20 forms;
material flows NE to SW along it.
2006/02/0300:0009:36   CME E Prominence that has been rising since
15:24 yesterday departs.
Limits of eruption maybe 40 degrees of
latitude apart. Small bright loops
visible at limb at end -- maybe small
flare from new AR
2006/02/0302:1207:36     SW FC activation at S30W60.
