1999-MAR-28

Comments: There is a lot of rapid bright point loop evolution in the NE. From 00:24 to 11:48UT, there are bright and dark surges from the SE limb region, at about 122 degrees. A small CME is visible at 01:36UT, followed by a darkening of a filament-like spike. The west limb is fairly quiet.

Above-limb structures in the SE open after 12:00UT. The structures are pointed toward the NE. There are a lot of small, dark surges in the plage of the SE limb. A large filament eruption takes place from 21:12 to 21:48UT.
