Comments:
        CME from active region 8071 near NW limb at 03:05 UT.
This occurs after 8071 is apparently hit by a weak 
Moreton wave, resulting from the event in active region 8075.
(On August 16th at 18:06 UT). Wave appears at 23:58 UT on
August 16th.
