Comments:
        Instability from 01:00 to 02:00 UT at northeast limb.
We see a darkening region, fluted outward.  HEII images before
01:18 UT and after 07:18UT show surge. LASCO saw CME on east limb
at 05:00UT.  Bright point near northeast limb brightens at the
beginning of the instability event.
