Comments:
        Again a dark halo around NEAR (mainly south of it),
starting between 13:43 and 14:19 UT.
        Expanding loop at the NW limb (PA 310 degrees), possibly
a CME.  Loop begins at approximately 12:00 UT, just before the
dark halo.  Is there a connection?
