Monitoring the Temperatures of EIT

Locally, you read the instrument temperatures from the gavroche temperatures window. Remotely, login to gavroche, start an IDL session, then run:

IDL> check

and you should get something like this:

24.6154
21.5385
20.7692
23.8462
-66.2778
7.36000
19.0323
18.7097
This is an example. The temperatures slightly vary with a period of one year, but they should not differ from these values by more than one degree. The limits for the first four temperatures are:

Red Low
Yellow Low
Yellow High
Red High
T1
0
5
26.5
28
T2
0
5
30
35
T3

T4

27

The FOT should automatically be notified whenever one of these limits is reached and act accordingly. If this happens however, immediately make sure that the operator, currently Kevin Schenk, is aware of it.
