Send the progress report to tbb_adm@isass0.solar.isas.ac.jp. Do not send it to the DUCs. The reports will be posted in the TBB. However, if the proposal has expired before the update, send it to DUCs. They will decide whether the TBB administrators can reinstate the original proposal.
