6.2 How to Look at BATSE Data

 

It is possible to get a plot of the BATSE data by using the routine PLOT_GBL, and a listing of the BATSE events can be displayed by using the routine PR_GBE. A sample plot from PLOT_GBL is shown in Fig. 11. Some sample calls are:
IDL> plot_gbl, '2-nov-92'
 
IDL> plot_gbl, '2-nov-92', '4-nov-92'

IDL> plot_gbl, event=1901

IDL> pr_gbe,'2-nov-92','31-dec-92',outfil='1992.gbl'
 
IDL> pr_gbe,'15-nov-92'
