H.3.1 Panasonic Problems

If no test image appears after issuing the PTEST command in the instructions described in the previous section, then do these things:

• Make sure that the power switch on the back of the Peritek `clock box' is in the on position. The clock box is located in the middle shelf of the SXT0 computer cabinet.
• Check that the four gold colored video cables from the Peritek are connected to the RGB and sync terminals on the back of the recorder.
