NOTE: ---- Multiple B-class X-ray activity was reported by GOES all along the day. In addition, NOAA AR 10960 produced three M-class flares: an M1.0 peaking at 06:51 UT, an M2.8 at 14:59 UT (S08E78), and an M2.1 at 21:52 UT (S09E82). It also produced a C2.9 x-ray flare at 22:22 UT. 07:30 UT E Limb Diffuse ragged front superposed with a ragged loop front (wider), which apparently moves more slowly and fades throughout C2. The diffuse front fades throughout C3. 22:30 UT N West Faint and difffuse front expanding toward N. Very faint in C3. 23:54 UT ES East Bright elongated loop front. WIDTH in C3 at 04:18 UT (next day): ~ 25 deg.
NOTE: ---- Multiple B-class X-ray activity continues all along the day. In addition, NOAA AR 10960 produced a couple of M-class X-ray flares: an M2.5 peaking at 06:11 UT, and an M1.0 at 10:35 UT. 03:54 UT W Limb Bright concave feature. By 04:30 UT, an elongated ragged front can be discerned in WNW moving apparently faster. Difficult to disentangle the series of events (see also event reported to start at 22:30 UT on previous day). 17:30 UT N West System of expanding loop fronts, well into next day. Also on WNW, an elongated loop-like front (slightly brighter). Both features fade throughout C3.
NOTE: ---- Multiple B-class and C-class X-ray activity continues all along the day. In addition,NOAA AR 10960 produced three M-class X-ray flares: an M2.4 peaking at 01:59 UT (S10E68), an M7.0 at 02:12 UT (S08E70), and an M4.5 at 06:41 UT (S06E63). 06:54 UT E Limb Diffuse loop front that quickly fades. 09:54 UT E Limb Initially bright loop front. WIDTH in C3 at 12:18 UT: ~ 25 deg.
