Points Of Interest

2006/09/26 (Tuesday)

01:31 UT E Limb	Wide and bright loop front that span about 135
degrees (from PA 030 - 165) by 03:54 UT in the C2 FOV
(LE already past the outer edge of C2 by that time).
By 02:54 UT, very faint and diffuse expanding
extensions start to show up all above the N Pole.
The event is first clearly seen in C3 at 02:42 UT,
appearing above the E limb. EIT 195 images show
signatures of a backsided CME (with origin apparently
close to the limb) above the E limb by 00:12 UT.
X-ray activity below the A-level by the time of the
event as recorded by GOES. Gusty outflow.

07:31 UT S East	Elongated and diffuse loop front starts to be
		 	discernible.

10:06 UT E Limb	Elongated and narrow front plus diffuse asymmetric
			loop front to S.

14:06 UT N East	Diffuse jet-like front.

2006/09/27 (Wednesday)

E Limb	Gusty outflow. Some small ragged fronts.

Last C2 image available by the time of writing: 10:30 UT.
