Points Of Interest

- June 8 - June 19, 2006:

LASCO will support the Ulysses-SOHO Quadrature Observations with 6 hr
cadence, C2 orange/clear filter pB sets taken at these times: 
02:54, 08:54, 14:54, and 20:54 UT. 

The extra pB sequences will then continue through June 21, i.e., 14 days 
total (half rotation run). 


2006/06/16 (Friday)

15:06 UT  W Limb	Faint and diffuse loop front that fades throughout C2.

17:30 UT  WS West	Ragged loop front, initially brighter to S. It fades
			close to the inner edge of C3. Some gusty outflow.

23:06 UT  WS West	Very narrow loop (jet-like) front in the trail of
 			previous event.

2006/06/17 (Saturday)

06:54 UT  WS West	Jet-like front.

14:06 UT  ES East	Diffuse brightening that fades throughout C2.

23:54 UT  WS West	Diffuse brightening preceding a bright and ragged 
			loop front with a rather circular core. 

2006/06/18 (Sunday)

08:30 UT  N East	Ragged and diffuse expanding loop front system.

19:31 UT  S West	Elongated loop front. It fades throughout C3.

No significant activity...
