Points Of Interest

2006/05/17 (Wednesday)

S West	Slow development of a system of faint loop fronts since
late on previous day (difficult to give an exact time
of first appearance). By 08:54 UT, a brighter feature
appears, also gradually developing [1]. EIT 195 images
show a filament eruption on SW between ~ 06:36 -
			08:36 UT.

03:30 UT E Limb	Diffuse front that fades throughout C2. Another front
follows at ~ 05:30 UT. By ~ 06:54 UT, the slow
development of a system of faint loop fronts can be
 			discerned. Pseudo-continuous outflow superposes in
the LOS, all along the day.

08:30 UT N Pole	Faint and diffuse jet-like front.

14:54 UT N West	Thin and very elongated fan-like front that fades
close to the innner edge of C3.

23:06 UT S West	A brighter feature can be seen at around the PA of the
southern leg of the trailing material of the event
reported at the beginning of this report [1]. Afterward,
twisted material can be discerned, well into next day.

2006/05/18 (Thursday)

05:30 UT E Limb	Very diffuse front that apparently fades throughout C2.

10:06 UT ES East	Another diffuse front.

Last C2 image available by the time of writing: 12:30 UT.
