Points Of Interest

Mercury can be seen now in the C3 FOV, in the southern hemisphere, moving 
from right to left. It is expected to be in the C3 FOV until around Feb 2.


2006/01/18 (Wednesday)

12:30 UT  EN East	Very slow development of a system of faint loops. 
			Difficult to give an exact time of first appearance.

12:59 UT  S East	Couple of small fronts along the streamer. They quickly
			fade.

2006/01/19 (Thursday)

00:30 UT  WS West	Big and bright loop front with inner core.

01:31 UT  ES East	Elongated fan-like front that fades close to the inner
			edge of C3.

09:30 UT  N East	Diffuse front.

09:30 UT  S East 	Brightening along streamer ...
