April 7, 2005 SOHO Science Daily Meeting

Planner: K. Schenk, G. Stenborg

Event times are first frame seen in C2 camera unless otherwise noted.
These are preliminary observations for the daily SOHO science discussions.
Final analysis is reported on the Lasco CME list.
An archive of these reports is available.

Points Of Interest

- Venus exited the C2 FOV on 2005/04/07 (around 10:00 UT).

- SOHO is in telemetry Submode 5 (since 2005/03/11 @ 15:00 UT).

- EIT 195 CME watch at half-res (512x512).

- Venus entered the C2 FOV from the right on 2005/03/24
  (by around 16:00 UT).

2005/04/06 (Wednesday)

00:50 UT W Limb	Very faint and diffuse small front that quickly fades.

01:50 UT N Pole	Small jet-like front.

04:26 UT N West	Blob like front. It fades throughout C3.

11:00 UT - 12:20 UT ICAL01 (Intercalibration for EIT with CDS).
				NO LASCO C2/C3 Observations.

16:26 UT ES East	Ragged front that fades throughout C3.
