Points Of Interest

Additional stray light in C3 images now removed
during standard image processing.

C2 high-cadence pB sequence campaign now running.
C2 pB sequences being taken every hour at the expense
of 1 normal C2 image and 1 normal C3 image.
Campaign runs to 2002/08/02 (possibly later, TBD)

Planet Jupiter is now in C3's field of view, moving L to R
Planet Mercury is now in C3's field of view, moving R to L


2002/07/16

07:31 UT  N Pole	Faint spray

10:06 UT  N East	Very faint loop front, quite slow

14:41 UT  N East	Faint loop front soon obscured by

16:02 UT  HALO		Faint front in SE is full halo CME by 16:30
			bright all round occultor. Fast with much
			trailing material mainly in NE. Backsided.
			Some protons

2002/07/17

07:31 UT  N East	Wide bright loop front with some core-like
			material. Initially over N pole but soon 
			fills quadrant
