			continue until ~16:00 on 09/24

	'Partial halo' of several distinct events, comprising slow 
	loops in SW, and

02:50 UT  Halo		Full halo event, faint but fast. First visible
			in SW. Assoc w M3.4 flare from AR 9166? Further
			GOES and EIT events reported around same time, 
			which may contribute to continued outflow
