The CME emerges with a bright leading edge and core from the south west direction and continues to propagate towards that direction. The partial halo has bulk presence in the south west while never fully wrapping around into a full halo. The halo CMEs source is associated with AR 13543 which recently rotated off the limb, beginning at 11:30 UT seen best in SDO AIA 171,193. LASCO shows extreme proton flux in the field of view. (SEP) NOAA/GOES reports a C9.6 flare from AR 13543 11:30/12:06/12:22 UT STEREO Beacon Data COR2 A, due to gaps in data from 10:38 - 15:53 UT, the CME could not be captured. Preliminary time/height could not be gathered at this time. Preliminary UCMEO velocity and position measurements are delivered first.
