C3 Start Time: 22:30 -  23:06UT

Type of CME:
Asymmetric HALO CME — BACKSIDE

360 degrees

Velocity Measurements:

C2:   2 points   1416.8 km/sec @ PA 30.10
C3:   10 points   1081.9 km/sec @ PA 30.61
Average through both(C2/C3) fields:  1148.5 km/sec  Acceleration: -72.76 m/sec^2

COMMENT:  LASCO C2/C3 show a bright fast moving full halo CME.  In LASCO C2 imagery the CME emerges from the NE at 22:36 UT and wraps around the W into a full halo CME by 23:24 UT.The halo CME's source is a backsided eruption .

STEREO Beacon Data COR2 A, Due to gaps in data from 21:38 - 03:23 UT, STEREO COR2 A data is not available at this time.
