The CME starts bright but quickly fades into a faint leading edge with cavity and core that propagates westward. The event is associated with a X1.6 class solar flare centered on N11W77 (AR 3386), the flare is accompanied by an EUV wave and post-eruptive arcades. NOAA/GOES reports a X1.6 flare from AR 3386 21:45/22:21/22:40 UT STEREO Beacon Data COR2 A, show only the last few frames of the halo CME as there was a gap in data when it began 19:38 - 23:53. Preliminary time/height measure can not be given at this time due to data gap. Preliminary UCMEO velocity and position measurements are delivered first.
